Recipe
Glad you all enjoyed the dessert I brought in on Saturday! There are a ton of variations you can make of those things. In the past, I've mostly made Oreo Truffles which have a much different consistency than the ones I brought to class. This is the recipe for the ones you all had which taste more like cake. My favorite combination is red velvet cake with white chocolate coating. Enjoy!

These are both delicious. The Oreo ones were the first truffles I tried. Amazing. I hated crunching the cookies though - I don't own a food processor - but at least I got a workout before I ate all those cookies haha. I just made red velvet with my friend last week, and we made spice cakes ones this weekend. I think those are a close second to the Oreos. If you haven't tried them I suggest it. We used spice cake mix with buttercream frosting and white chocolate. :)
